Join our world-class global team! /ppIn this role, you will be responsible, together with your team, to drive the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products from an End-to-End perspective across all dimensions of the JSC Supply Chain: API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) large and small molecule manufacturing sites, Formulation/Bulk sites, Fill-Finish sites, key external manufacturing sites and key suppliers through below: /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefining the E2E global supply chain configuration and related parameters (de-coupling points, replenishments strategies etc.) /liliNPI Planning Management /liliEnsuring demand net requirements propagation and driving the alignment of the constrained E2E production and inventory plans in the monthly planning cycle, using multi-echelon planning techniques across the different global manufacturing nodes /liliTaking part in the executive IBP processes, leading the DSRM for your team portfolio /liliResolves E2E issues (allocation management, root cause analyses, etc.) /liliEnsure ongoing supply continuity for Synthetics Platform through orchestration across functions and nodes, aligning production and inventory to forecasted demand /liliProactively manage and supervise execution across all nodes, establishing a regular rhythm with accountable counterparts in Plan, VCL, Source, MTO/PES, Deliver, Quality, etc. /liliProactively monitor business operations / key performance indicators, ensure early identification of risks, drive resolution when exceptions occur, and maintain strong communications /liliDevelop a comprehensive understanding of key risks within the process, aligning them with tolerance levels and tradeoffs to improve long-term resilience /liliDrive harmonized communications – both vertically and horizontally – to foster improved collaboration, and to keep stakeholders informed. /liliEnsure connections to regional, global, and supply IBP forums (DSRM, CMO SOP, PES SRM) /liliWork with GPEX / JJT teams, define and develop digital toolset to support ongoing execution monitoring, e.g. control tower, batch tracker, digital twin /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
