VIKING CRUISES está en búsqueda de Head Waiters con una sólida trayectoria y experiencia comprobada abordo en el mismo puesto.. Buscamos a profesionales altamente cualificados y con una vocación excepcional por el servicio al cliente, que posea una mínima de 5 años de experiencia en roles similares, siendo indispensable la experiencia previa a bordo como Head Waiter .
El candidato ideal demostrará un dominio avanzado del idioma inglés, excelentes habilidades en la gestión de equipos de trabajo en restaurantes y una profunda comprensión de las operaciones de servicio en un entorno de alta exigencia. Responsabilidades Clave:
- Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del servicio de restaurante, asegurando la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestionar, motivar y formar al equipo de camareros, garantizando un desempeño óptimo y un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
- Mantener los más altos estándares de calidad en la presentación de alimentos y bebidas, así como en la limpieza y organización del área de servicio.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los huéspedes, resolviendo consultas, quejas y solicitudes de manera eficiente y profesional.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de cocina y otros departamentos para asegurar una experiencia gastronómica fluida e impecable.
- Implementar y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, incluyendo las normativas de higiene y seguridad.
- Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento profundo de los menús, ingredientes y maridajes para poder asesorar a los clientes.
- Participar activamente en la planificación de eventos especiales y la ejecución de servicios de banquetes.
- Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño del personal a su cargo y proponer planes de desarrollo.
- Contribuir a la creación de un ambiente de trabajo positivo y a la mejora continua de los servicios ofrecidos.
Requisitos Indispensables:
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Head Waiter, con experiencia previa a bordo en cruceros (indispensable).
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad demostrada para liderar, motivar y gestionar equipos de trabajo.
- Experiencia en el manejo de situaciones complejas y resolución de problemas.
- Conocimiento de normativas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
- Flexibilidad horaria y disposición para trabajar en diferentes turnos.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno dinámico.
- Presentación profesional y excelentes modales.
