Then read on! /p h3YOUR MISSION /h3 ul liYou translate the sales strategy into concrete territory and account plans, thereby driving sustainable growth in sales, margin, order intake, and market share. /li liYou proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new customers in the fields of industrial OEMs, mechanical engineering, process industry, and other relevant target markets through targeted acquisition and business development activities. /li liYou develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers and strengthen relationships with contacts from engineering, purchasing, operations, quality, and management. /li liYou manage and prioritise sales opportunities and projects and work closely with internal sales, group engineering, and product management to realise customer-oriented solutions. /li liYou are responsible for commercial activities such as value-based pricing, contract negotiations, framework agreements, forecasting, and margin management. /li liYou act as a trusted market representative of Angst+Pfister, share customer and market information, and contribute to a seamless and value-adding customer experience. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liYou have a technical or commercial vocational training; further education in engineering, business administration, sales, or marketing is an advantage. /li liYou bring several years of successful B2B sales experience in sealing technology, with rubber products, industrial components, or a comparable technical industry. /li liYou have proven success in new customer acquisition, solution selling, strategic customer development, and opportunity management. /li liYou have a solid understanding of pricing, contract negotiations, margin management, forecasting, and commercial risk assessment. /li liYou speak fluent German and have good English skills.
