Job Description

Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you will lead complex visual production projects while contributing to the evolution of Audemars Piguet's content production operations.

You will act as a Senior Producer, helping to strengthen and evolve AP's Content Production & Operations capabilities. Your role will be to oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of content production across internal teams, external agencies and production partners. Beyond delivering outstanding content, you will help strengthen production workflows, improve operational efficiency and support the continued evolution of AP’s content ecosystem. This role combines high-level production expertise with a strong understanding of agency management, content operations and large-scale production environments.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead end-to-end campaign production, from pre-production through post-production, in close collaboration with the Creative Content team
• Manage international photo, video and CGI productions, including product-focused content and campaign adaptations across OOH, DOOH, print and display
• Oversee content production and coverage for events, music, arts, collaborations and key brand initiatives
• Coordinate project planning, logistics, budgets and stakeholders throughout the entire production lifecycle
• Ensure excellence in production quality, brand consistency, timelines and budget management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and international production partners to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage agencies, suppliers and international production ecosystems while maintaining strong and effective partnerships
• Optimize production workflows, operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration across teams and markets
• Support content governance, asset management and DAM initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve scalability, consistency and content re-use across markets and channels

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, media, production, or a related discipline
• You have at least 8 years of experience in content production, integrated production, or creative operations
• You have proven experience managing complex international productions and multi-market content programs
• You bring strong experience from an agency, production studio, or client-side environment, working within complex international organizations
• You have experience working in luxury, fashion, premium, or highly creative environments
• You have a strong understanding of production workflows, agency ecosystems, and operational excellence
• You are experienced in managing agencies, suppliers, and external production partners
• You demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• You are fluent in English and French is a plus
