The Product Management team takes full ownership of steering and executing key initiatives across the entire lifecycle of our investment programs Key responsibilities include delivering seamless new product launches, leading critical fund restructurings and winddowns, and driving superior stakeholder satisfaction with both clients and service providers throughout the entire investment program lifecycle. The successful candidate will be working within the Product Management team in Zug, which is responsible for a wide range of investment programs ranging from our flagship private market funds to bespoke separately managed accounts and evergreen funds marketed globally. /p pYou will be part of the European Product Management team with the following responsibilities: /p ul liExecute end-to-end product launch management and lead complex fund restructurings by working closely with structuring, sales, and operational teams alongside external service providers, taking full accountability for flawless delivery across all stakeholder interfaces /li liProactively engage with internal and external stakeholders across the product portfolio lifecycle to drive satisfaction, identify critical issues, and independently deliver robust solutions /li liIdentify and drive independent process optimization, automation and digitization solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across the product portfolio /li liAct as partner for sales teams in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively /li liLead less experienced ProductManagers through strategic mentorship and deliver targeted education sessions for the wider team /li liTake full ownership of innovation initiatives in product development and operational process landscape /li liLead other team-relevant and business unit-relevant projects /li /ul h3What we expect /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with demonstrated academic excellence /li liMinimum 9+ years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets /li liProven leadership capabilities and advanced stakeholder management skills across internal teams, external partners, and client relationships /li liProven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in investment management environments /li liExperience with onboarding, implementation and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus /li liSelf-directed professional with proven ability to manage complex operational tasks under tight deadlines and competing priorities /liliAbility to mentor and coach junior team members /li liStrong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate significant impact through effective teamwork and commitment to excellence /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pPartners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
