- Fédérer l'ensemble des cadres et collaborateur(trice)s de la région pour créer un environnement de travail dynamique et engageant
- Assurer le suivi du développement de l'équipe, en offrant un soutien continu pour favoriser leur évolution professionnelle
- Être un(e) conseiller(ère) stratégique pour l'équipe, intervenant au besoin pour surmonter les défis opérationnels
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie visant la croissance à long terme de la région
- Initier et diriger des projets d'amélioration de la performance et de la satisfaction client
- Mettre en œuvre les objectifs d'ISS afin de garantir une prestation de services exceptionnelle
- Gérer activement les relations clients et assurer leur développement durable
- Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur(drice) d’ISS auprès des clients de la région genevoise
- Assurer le bon développement du portefeuille clients en identifiant et en capitalisant sur de nouvelles opportunités
- Intervenir en tant que médiateur(trice) en cas de besoin pour garantir la satisfaction client
- Être responsable de la réalisation des objectifs fixés par ISS Suisse et Romandie
- Définir et respecter les budgets alloués à la région
- Surveiller les résultats financiers mensuels, contrôler et analyser les coûts
- Mettre en œuvre des actions visant à améliorer la rentabilité et l’efficience financière de la région
Ce que vous apportez
- Titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en management
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de direction avec une forte orientation client
- Excellent réseau professionnel, idéalement dans le domaine du Facility Management
- Parfaite maîtrise du français, très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et/ou de l’allemand, un fort atout
- Excellentes capacités de communication et aisance relationnelle
- Personnalité ouverte d’esprit, avec une forte capacité de résilience face aux défis
- À l’aise dans des environnements complexes, changeants et exigeants
- Forte appétence pour des contextes professionnels dynamiques
- Approche constructive face aux fluctuations inhérentes au secteur d’activité
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de prise de recul
- Grande résistance au stress
