Industrial Controlling Manager

La posizione è inserita all'interno della funzione Finance & Administration e, all’interno del team di Controlling & Planning, avrà il ruolo di coordinare le attività di Industrial Controlling all’interno del gruppo IBSA, garantendo una uniformità di procedure di pianificazione e reporting. Si occuperà inoltre di supportare l’organizzazione delle Technical Operations nella realizzazione dei programmi di efficientamento industriale.
Responsabilità
- Coordinamento dei processi di pianificazione e reporting industriali
- Sviluppo e mantenimento della reportistica industriale di gruppo
- Armonizzazione delle procedure di contabilità industriale e costi a livello di gruppo
- Coordinamento del piano industriale a 5 anni e del piano investimenti
- Elaborazione di business case industriali
- Analisi di Make vs Buy e supporto alle TechOps nell’ottimizzazione del manufacturing footprint del gruppo
- Supportare l’analisi della spesa industriale (incl. acquisti diretti e indiretti)
- Indicare misure di cost saving in ambito industriale e supportarne l’esecuzione
Competenze tecniche richieste
- Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di analisi dei costi industriali e delle principali metodologie di product costing
- Esperienza nella gestione di team (con o senza riporto gerarchico)
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di programmi di efficientamento industriale
- Conoscenza dei principi di “Lean Manufacturing”
- Livello avanzato nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
- Buona conoscenza dei vari moduli del gestionale SAP (CO-FI, SD, PP, MM, ...);
- Conoscenza dei principi di contabilità
- Spiccate doti analitiche
Profilo richiesto
- Master in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria;
- Minimo 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, in contesti industriali multinazionali (preferibilmente nel settore farmaceutico) o in società di consulenza;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Sono richieste: spirito di iniziativa, attitudine al lavoro in team, buona capacità organizzativa del lavoro personale e forti doti analitiche;
- Capacità di gestire il proprio carico di lavoro per garantire il rispetto di tutte le scadenze.
