We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in MADRID, Spain. If you are fluent in DUTCH with an interest in the financial industry then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in Madrid. This capital city is known for its beautiful architecture, cultural places and event as well as excellent night life with lots of bars, night clubs and restaurants.

The role

As a Customer Service Advisor for an online banking project you will be the first point of contact for clients from the DACH region. Your client interaction is done via phone, email, WhatsApp and online chat and your tasked to resolve customer problems and complaints. Besides this you will verify customer accounts and will keep records of customers interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• Excellent communication skills spoken and written
• Ability to plan, organize and work under pressure.
• Have a flexible attitude to changing environments and new technologies

On offer

• 38,5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month). Hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Permanent contract
• Salary: €20.730 gross/year.gross/year.
