Description du posteIntégrer l’équipe Administration des systèmes SAP afin de garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des environnements SAP pour nos clients.
Rôle & Responsabilités
- Assurer l’administration et la maintenance des systèmes SAP (principalement On-Premise).
- Gérer les installations, mises à jour et correctifs des environnements SAP.
- Superviser la performance et la disponibilité des systèmes.
- Participer à la résolution des incidents et à l’amélioration continue des processus.
- Collaborer avec les équipes projet pour les intégrations et migrations SAP.
- Contribuer à la documentation technique et aux bonnes pratiques.
Qualifications
Compétences Obligatoires
- SAP BC (Basis Components)
- Administration de systèmes SAP On-Premise
Compétences Complémentaires Souhaitées
- Administration de systèmes SAP Cloud / RISE & Hyperscaler
- Gestion des rôles et autorisations SAP
- Expérience en société de services (ESN / SSII)
- Participation à des projets SAP (migration, upgrade, intégration)
Profil Recherché
- Expérience confirmée ou sénior en administration SAP.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (techniques et métiers).
- Rigueur, autonomie et sens du service client.
- Anglais courant
