Credit Solutions Broker Zurich (f/m), 80-100%

Your Profile

• Solid professional experience in trade credit insurance, with strong knowledge of products, underwriting principles and market practices
• Several years of experience managing and advising a portfolio of midmarket and/or large corporate clients, ideally in a brokerage or insurance environment
• Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle: daytoday relationship, portfolio monitoring, policy servicing, renewals and negotiations with insurers
• Strong client orientation with the ability to build trust, influence decision makers and act as a longterm, strategic partner
• High level of curiosity and willingness to understand different business models, industries and value chains in order to advise on working capital and balance sheet optimization
• Dynamic, proactive and resultsoriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive topics independently
• Structured and solutiondriven way of working, able to prioritize, manage deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
• Native German speaker, ideally fluent in Swiss German; very good command of English, both written and spoken; French is an asset

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop a portfolio of midmarket and large corporate clients in the field of trade credit insurance
• Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, finance and risk managers on topics such as working capital management, credit risk transfer and balance sheet optimization
• Lead the full policy lifecycle: structuring solutions, preparing tenders, negotiating terms and conditions with insurers, implementing programs and coordinating renewals
• Proactively identify client needs, analyze business models and credit risk exposure, and translate insights into tailored credit insurance solutions
• Monitor client portfolios and policy performance, ensuring high service quality, timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and other market partners to secure competitive and innovative solutions for clients
• Contribute to business development by identifying cross and upselling opportunities and supporting client pitches and presentations
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, valueadding solutions to clients
