We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager ready to drive the development and manufacturing launch of products for the Gaming Business Group! /p h3Your Contribution: /h3 ul liLead Gaming controller project development activities and sustain product lifecycle management. /li liLead and staff a project team - multi-functions and multi-sites (worldwide) /li liPartner with product management, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver project’s experience, cost and quality enhancement/improvement per expectation. /li liCollaborate with SIM product management, design, engineering and operation to explore and deliver the ingredients for the need of a roadmap. /li liCoordinate problem-solving activities to improve processes, resolve non-conformances, and help maximize the Gaming engineering team performance (safety, quality, productivity, and cost). /li liCollaborate with contract manufacturers to assure a successful product development, launch and sustaining activities. /li liImplement ECO changes to product and manufacturing processes /li liAccomplish operational objectives by overseeing multiple project activities. /li liSet team goals and track the progress of and for the team and team members. /li liAdvise/mentor team members, prioritize team tasks, and assign individual work. /li liParticipate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action processes as required. /li liIdentify, evaluate and escalation the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate actions to control the risks and to drive solutions. /li /ul h3Key Qualifications: /h3 ul liMinimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment with a cross-functional and global team managing new and sustaining product development /li liDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines required /li liGood knowledge of project management concepts and implementation project team leading skills /li liAbility to develop comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar industry standard scheduling tools /li liProficient in the use of Google Docs, MS-Office, or similar industry standard tools /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese /li /ul h3In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include: /h3 ul liFormal Project Management training and Certification (PMP). /li liEngineering, Material background or management experience is a plus /li /ul h3Education: /h3 pBachelor or Master degree in Engineering. /p pAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
