Sales Manager (all genders) Romandie - remote

To support our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager (all genders) in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie).

Your Mission

As Sales Manager Romandie, you will be responsible for expanding SEEBURGER's footprint across the French-speaking Swiss market.

While maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and driving market expansion across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with both business and IT stakeholders to help them address their digitalization and integration challenges.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening SEEBURGER's market presence throughout the region.

You will target enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, pharma, financial services, and other strategic industries.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise customers across multiple industries.
• Develop and grow existing customer relationships to maximize account potential.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT decision-makers.
• Promote SEEBURGER's complete solution portfolio:
• EDI & B2B Integration
• API Management
• Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Application Integration
• Supply Chain Integration
• e-Invoicing & Digital Compliance
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Collaborate closely with Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Participate in customer events, networking activities, and industry conferences.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer business challenges and market trends.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in software, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
• Proven track record in both new business acquisition and account management.
• Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
• EDI
• B2B Integration
• API Management
• Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Middleware
• ESB / iPaaS
• SAP Ecosystems
• Supply Chain Digitalization
• Business Process Automation
• Native French speaker with fluent English and German skills.
• Existing network within the Swiss market is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and sales processes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and team-oriented personality.
• Location requirement: Romandie or directly neighboring regions in Switzerland.
