Senior Full Stack Developer AI-Assisted

ppThe role will focus on building and evolving a new enterprise-grade application for a Compliance platform as part of a strategic greenfield initiative. /ppThis is an on-site position based at the client’s office in Baar, Switzerland, enabling close collaboration with business stakeholders and the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle. /ppThe team has already developed an extensive prototype, which is evolving into the production application. The selected developers will join the project to complete the implementation, support production deployment, and continue extending the solution with new business capabilities. The application is being developed using a modern AI-assisted software engineering approach, where Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code are a core part of the development process. Developers will work in a new paradigm of software delivery, using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of technical decisions, solution quality, and delivered outcomes. This role requires experienced engineers who can act as technical orchestrators of AI development tools - defining tasks, reviewing generated solutions, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that delivered code is technically correct, scalable, maintainable, and fit for enterprise use. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot. /liliComplete and evolve an existing application prototype into a production-ready enterprise solution. /liliDevelop new application features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements. /liliDesign and implement frontend components, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing solutions. /liliWork closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions. /liliUse Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platforms as part of daily engineering activities. /liliOrchestrate AI-assisted development workflows by defining implementation goals, reviewing generated code, and ensuring technical correctness. /liliCritically evaluate AI-generated solutions and challenge or improve them where required. /liliApply software engineering best practices including clean code principles, design patterns, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering standards. /liliParticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. /liliSupport application deployment activities and ensure production readiness. /liliTroubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform. /liliCollaborate effectively within an Agile development environment. /li /ulh3Mandatory Skills Description: /h3ulli7+ years of professional software development experience. /liliStrong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. /liliExcellent knowledge of Angular and TypeScript. /liliStrong Java development experience with Spring Boot. /liliExperience building enterprise-grade web applications. /liliExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs. /liliExperience with enterprise data platforms, complex integrations, and high-volume data processing. /liliExperience with modern software engineering practices, including Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes. /liliPractical experience using Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code (preferred), Codex, Cursor, or equivalent AI-assisted development platforms. /liliAbility to effectively orchestrate, review, validate, and challenge AI-generated solutions to ensure technical correctness, quality, and maintainability. /liliStrong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles. /liliAbility to define and enforce engineering standards, technical guidelines, and development best practices. /liliAbility to independently assess technical solutions and make sound engineering decisions. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have Skills Description: /h3ulliExperience in Commodity Trading, Financial Services, Banking, or other complex business domains. /liliExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. /liliFamiliarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka. /liliExperience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
