Joining a passionate team and reporting to the Medical Affairs Lead, your mission is to build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, specialists and GPs. /ppbrYour main responsibilities are as follows: /pulliBuild and maintain relationships with KOLs, specialists and GPs in respiratory and uro-gynecology therapeutic areas /liliProvide accurate product information and scientific documentation, and respond promptly to specific medico-scientific inquiries from both external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, patients, etc.) and internal teams /liliOrganize and attend advisory boards, symposia, seminars and other similar events /liliEnsure proper follow-up and monitoring of clinical studies and summarize literature research in databases /liliCommunicate relevant scientific insights from field interactions to local medical and commercial teams, contributing to the integration of real-world expertise /liliOffer scientific support to the Marketing and Sales teams, including training and validation of promotional materials, while ensuring full regulatory compliance /liliWork closely with the Lysates Team on strategy development and drive the implementation of product strategies /liliContribute to pharmacovigilance by assisting with the transmission and processing of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) /liliSupport the Regulatory and Market access team if requested /li /ulpbrPlease note that this a field-based position requiring approximatively 20% presence at our office in Villars-sur-Glâne. /ppbrTo carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile: /pulliScientific or Medical education (Master’s, PhD, M.D., or equivalent) /liliAt least 3 years of experience in a Medical Affairs or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry /liliAbility to interpret and assimilate clinical studies and scientific data, and to deliver scientific presentations and medical training to healthcare professionals /liliGood knowledge of the Swiss medical environment (legal/regulatory/health system) /liliBusiness fluency in German, French and English /liliReadiness to travel, mainly in Switzerland with occasional international travel /li /ulpbrYou describe yourself as a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on and flexible environment. Thanks to your scientific background and capacity for synthesis, you easily assimilate and interpret information and scientific data.
