European Patent Attorney

Description du poste

• Providing intellectual property services to all companies of the group
• Protecting the innovations made in the various companies of the group
• Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in various countries throughout the world
• Oppositions, infringing risk and validity assessments
• Licence agreements and patent enforcement

Profil

• You are qualified before the European Patent Office
• You have qualifications in the mechanical, physics or micro-technical field
• You have 7-10 years of experience in a related function

Langues

• You are fluent in French and English. German would be an advantage
