If you’re looking to develop your individual skills whilst working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams, come join us! /p pbr/Join our unique bTax Accounting Risk Advisory Services /b practice to positively impact lives and unlock hidden opportunities. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as central point of contact – liaise with your international clients and colleagues with respect to direct tax accounting issues /li liParticipate as part of the Primary Team in tax audits of International Groups and single legal entities in Switzerland /li liContribute with your knowledge to BEPS2.0 projects /li liLeading clients on established accounts, seeking process improvement opportunities in both EY and client processes and implementing services for new clients /li liManaging account resourcing, budget, and delivery /li liDeveloping and coaching the team including the global EY-Shared-Service-Center structures /li /ul h3Skills and attributes for success /h3 ul li5-10 years of experience in tax accounting, ideally gained in an international environment through an in-house role and/or within a professional services or Big 4 firm /li liStrong tax or audit background, with solid knowledge of IAS 12 and/or ASC 740 /li liExperience designing, executing, and supervising tax audit procedures for the headquarters of multinational organizations as part of a primary audit team /li liAbility to assess and analyze the tax accounting implications of complex transactions /li liKnowledge of Pillar Two is considered an advantage /li liAdvanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large and complex spreadsheets /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication abilities /li liFluency in English is required; proficiency in French is considered an advantage /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 pAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
