Als Material Manager Procurement (m/w/d) stellen Sie sicher, dass alle nötigen Materialien und Komponenten rechtzeitig und in Qualität und Menge verfügbar sind, um eine termingerechte Fertigung der Kundenprodukte zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:
- Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit entlang der gesamten Lieferkette, von der Bestellung bis zur Anlieferung
- Analyse von Engpässen, Ableitung von Massnahmen, teamübergreifende Koordination und Umsetzung dieser zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung, Priorisierung und Eskalation von kritischen Materialien und Lieferverzögerungen
- Zentralle Ansprechperson für wichtige Stakeholder
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Warengruppeneinkauf und Projekteinkauf, Planung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Produktion
- Führen und teilnehmen an Shopfloor- und Eskalationsmeetings, Präsentation von Statusmeldungen des Einkaufs
- Erstellung von Reports, Kennzahlen (z. B. Materialverfügbarkeit, Fehlteile, Liefertermine) und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Liefertreuezielen innerhalb der Supply Chain
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit technischer Weiterbildung (z. B. Technischer Kaufmann (m/w/d) mit eidg. Fachausweis)
- Weiterbildung im Einkauf (z. B. Einkaufsfachmann (m/w/d) mit eidg. Fachausweis) von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, Materialmanagement oder Supply Chain in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP (Modul MM/PP) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel, BI-Intelligence von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitiger Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit auch in dynamischen Situationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
