Englischsprachige AMI-Pädagogin 6-12 Jahre
Die zweisprachige Montessori-Schule „The Secret of Childhood“, gelegen im Viertel La Petite Prairie in Nyon, öffnete im Januar 2017 ihre Türen. Derzeit sind rund fünfzig Schülerinnen und Schüler in unseren zwei Klassen für 3-6-Jährige und unserer Klasse für 6-12-Jährige eingeschrieben.
Wir suchen eine englischsprachige AMI-zertifizierte Pädagogin für unsere 6-12-Klasse namens „Classe Lac Léman“. Der Arbeitsbeginn ist der 5. Januar 2026.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Kinder beim Lernen in einer Montessori-Umgebung
- Sicherstellung der individuellen pädagogischen Begleitung der Kinder
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung einer reichen und fürsorglichen Umgebung, die das Lernen fördert
- Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Elternabenden
- Mitwirkung am Schülerbericht (Livret de l’élève) am Ende des Schuljahres
- Zusammenarbeit im Tandem mit der französischsprachigen Klassenleitung
Erforderliches Profil
- Erfahrung als Montessori-Pädagogin
- AMI-Diplom 6-12 Jahre und Hochschulabschlüsse (Bachelor, Master etc.). Ein AMI-Diplom für 3-6 Jahre wäre von Vorteil.
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit zur Organisation und Planung der eigenen Arbeit
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Initiative zu ergreifen
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse (Englisch als Muttersprache oder fliessende Beherrschung)
- Gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in „Transparent Classroom“ sind ein Plus
