Group Financial Controller

ppAs Group Financial Controller, you play a key role in safeguarding the financial integrity and governance of Arcus Group. You are responsible for delivering reliable financial information, strengthening financial processes and supporting management with high-quality financial reporting and analysis. /ppWorking closely with the CFO, local finance teams and external stakeholders, you ensure consistent financial reporting across our international operations. You combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a hands-on mentality and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting quality. /ppYou will join an ambitious and entrepreneurial international organization where finance is an important business partner, supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. /ph3What you will be doing /h3pPrepare and coordinate the Group reporting cycle, including monthly actual reporting and the annual Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecast processes. /ppConsolidate the financial results of our international subsidiaries and ensure timely, accurate and reliable Group reporting. /ppPrepare management reports and financial analyses for the Executive Committee (monthly) and the Shareholders and Board (quarterly). /ppCoordinate the preparation of the annual statutory and consolidated financial statements of Arcus Group and act as a key contact for external auditors. /ppEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies and internal controls.
