Whether in a project or permanent - international living and working is a matter of course for us. /p h3To strengthen our team we are looking for /h3 h3Community Sales Manager (M/W) /h3 h3Your tasks: /h3 ul liOperational responsibility of the site /li liTechnical leadership of the center team in day-to-day business /li liEnsuring the center standard /li liMinimization of accounts receivable and development of potential additional business or /li /ul pservices /p ul liProvide customer support and ensure top-notch service and high levels of customer /li /ul psatisfaction /p ul liCustomer complaint handling or, in the case of serious problems, escalation to the /li /ul presponsible manager /p ul liOrganization/coordination of events and community events /li liResponsibility for all operational and administrative customer and center issues /li liHandling of daily customer inquiries /li liCommunication with the landlords, the suppliers as well as the internal departments /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed vocational training /li liGood knowledge of the German/ French and English languages, both written and spoken /li liVery good manners and a well-groomed external appearance /li liA reliable, strong organizational and team-oriented personality /li liStrong communication skills /li liA high degree of independence, initiative, customer work and flexibilityFun to work in a team /li liSense of responsibility and service-oriented action /li /ul pOpportunities for advancement at Regus.
