The human resources and training office of the Neuchâtel police supports each collaborator throughout their journey: from initial training to certification, from recruitment to integration, from skills development to professional fulfilment. Your missions
As an HR specialist collaborator, you ensure the secretariat of the human resources and training office, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of administrative processes.
In this capacity, you manage the personnel life cycle: processing entries and exits, maintaining staff records, managing and monitoring transfers and promotions, drafting and updating procedures.
You organise agendas and schedule work sessions, recruitment interviews, as well as various events related to the office’s and/or PONE’s activities.
Finally, you oversee the administrative management and monitoring of apprentice training, ensuring compliance with current legal bases. Your profile
With a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in human resources.
You are proficient with common office software and comfortable with HR management tools and databases. Knowledge of SAP is an asset for this position.
Organised and autonomous, you manage priorities rigorously and handle sensitive information with the confidentiality it requires.
