Digitalization is changing current business models and requires highly innovative, integrated business solutions. Due to our market success, the Digital Supply team in Switzerland is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Professional (f/m/d) to lead sales to selected departments and the associated responsibilities in Switzerland. This role covers all sales-relevant processes regarding selling SAP supply chain management solutions. Our portfolio includes both On-Premise and Cloud solutions. /p pJoin us in reshaping Digitalization with our world-class Digital Supply Chain Portfolio Solutions. /p h3EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS /h3 ul liAchievement of agreed sales revenue targets in the area of Supply Chain Management (for the considered product scope) for the Discrete Manufacturing industry. /li liGeneration of new opportunities by proactively approaching customers. /li liCreation and execution of Demand Generation Plan /li liDeveloping an opportunity plan containing the value proposition. /li liIdentification and qualification of opportunities, developing and driving strategy. /li liProfessional management of all opportunities and bids for assigned accounts and leads, incl. forecasting. /li liPositioning and conclusion of the solutions directly in the relevant customer departments and business experts. /li liNegotiating contract constellations across one or many supply chain solutions. /li liQualification of the initial situation at the customer / prospective customer and elaboration of the solution offered with appropriate value-added arguments in cooperation with the right industrial and product specialists. /li liWork on demand management activities with local Marketing Business Development. /li liClosely work with leading Supply Chain Management partners. /li /ul h3Education And Qualifications / Skills And Competencies /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Business or Engineering (Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher). /li liUnderstanding of complex supply chain challenges and general trends in supply chain. /li liExperience in the Discrete Manufacturing. /li liLead sales cycles in a value-oriented way by deeply understanding customer requirements. /li liKnowledge of SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA) and the core components of SAP SCM. /li liStrong sales experience in SCM software sales cycles with stakeholder management. /li liExperience and broad network of SCM partners. /li liOutstanding communication and negotiation skills in both German and English, written and spoken, are essential. /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 ul liMin. 6+ years of experience selling business software, IT solutions, and SCM projects. /li liProven track record in target achievement. /li liExperience driving value-based sales, large customer engagements, and a proven record in excellent stakeholder management. /li /ul h3Bring out your best /h3 pSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
