Beschreibung
Für unseren Kunden, Sitz in Bern, suchen wir ab sofort einen Call Center Agent (m/w). Bei der Position handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden. Die Betreuung und Vermittlung sowie alle unsere weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie als Bewerber kostenfrei.
Ihre Tätigkeit
- Inbound/Outbound
- Telefonischer Verkauf (bei Bedarf)
- Betreuen und Beratung der Kunden
- Aktive Pflege der Kundendatenbank wie weitere administrative Tätigkeiten
Ihr Profil
- Sprache Mündlich: Schweizerdeutsch wie weitere Sprache ( EN oder FR )
- Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundendienst von Vorteil
- Freundliche, Ruhige wie Geduldige Art
- Gute PC Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
- Sie kommunizieren mit Freude
- Sie mögen den Kontakt zu Kunden
