Senior Director, Process Excellence & Automation Transformation

Labcorp seeks a Senior Director to lead global process excellence, automation, and enterprise work management initiatives across the organization. This high-visibility role shapes transformation strategy, drives operational efficiency, and oversees a distributed team in a hybrid Geneva-based position.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of global process excellence strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
- Manage portfolio of process improvement initiatives; track benefits realization, cost savings, and efficiency gains
- Champion end-to-end business transformation across strategic programs and digital initiatives
- Oversee enterprise automation capability and identify scalable automation solutions
- Lead enterprise work management platform governance, demand prioritization, and portfolio oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, technology, or related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in process excellence, transformation, automation, or program management
- Demonstrated expertise with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and advanced process improvement methodologies
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with measurable business impact
- Proficiency with enterprise work management platforms and portfolio management systems
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Track record building and developing globally distributed teams
