Operational Buyer

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Bewerber als operativen Einkäufer. In dieser Position sind Sie für die Beschaffung der zugeteilten Materialien und Lieferanten verantwortlich und stellen dabei die optimale Bewirtschaftung der Materialien sicher, um eine reibungslose Produktion zu gewährleisten.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Bewirtschaftung und Überwachung der Materialien, Lagerbestände und Lieferungen; Sicherstellung eines optimalen Lagerbestands und Bereitschaftsgrads
- Pflege der Stammdaten im SAP sowie Prüfung, Freigabe und Bereinigung von Rechnungen und Auftragsbestätigungen
- Bearbeitung von Retouren, Lieferscheinen, Q-Meldungen und Bestellungen (kontiert und normal)
- Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung und Kommunikation bei Abweichungen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Stellvertretung von Kollegen bei Abwesenheit
Ihr Profil
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Erfahrung in Logistik oder Beschaffung
- Technische Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen (SAP von Vorteil)
- Deutsch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse; Englisch: gute Kenntnisse
- Selbstvertrauen, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Motivation
- Verantwortungsbewusst, diszipliniert, respektvoll, teamfähig
- Kommunikativ, lernbereit, durchsetzungsfähig, motivierend
