In dieser vielseitigen Schnittstellenfunktion sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Lizenznehmer und Fertigungspartner. Sie koordinieren operative und kommerzielle Anliegen, stellen reibungslose Abläufe sicher und wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung internationaler Fertigungs- und Lizenzprojekte mit.
Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
- Zentrale Ansprechperson (Single Point of Contact) für internationale Lizenznehmer und Fertigungspartner
- Entgegennahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von Anfragen sowie Koordination der internen Bearbeitung
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Ticketsystems zur effizienten Anfragebearbeitung
- Koordination der beteiligten Fachabteilungen sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Beantwortung
- Erstellung von Aufwand- und Kostenschätzungen für technische und operative Supportleistungen
- Überwachung vertraglicher Verpflichtungen der Lizenznehmer sowie Koordination und Durchführung von Audits
- Erkennung und Eskalation von Vertragsabweichungen und exportkontrollrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Erarbeitung von Fertigungs- und Lieferkonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Fertigung, Produktportfolio und Projektmanagement
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis; alternativ vergleichbare, durch Berufserfahrung erworbene Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung in einer kunden- oder partnernahen Schnittstellenfunktion im internationalen, technisch anspruchsvollen Industrieumfeld, idealerweise im Rüstungsbereich
- Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement sowie in der Beurteilung und Überwachung kommerzieller Sachverhalte
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse, Erstellung von Dashboards und Management-Präsentationen; SAP- und Jira-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lernbereitschaft, Optimierungsdenken und Verständnis für Compliance und Know-how-Schutz
- Belastbare, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an internationalen Kontakten und Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 %
