HI Assessments, the fastest-growing assessment company in the Nordics, is opening Switzerland, and we're looking for the one person who will build it: build the market, win the first customers, recruit the local team, and share directly in the value created along the way.

You won't join HI in Switzerland. You'll build HI in Switzerland.

And while this is an entrepreneurial opportunity rather than a traditional salaried role, we don't necessarily expect the right person to carry the entire initial financial risk alone. For an exceptional candidate, HI is open to discussing tailored financial backing during the initial market-building phase .

Why this exists

Every year, organizations pour billions into hiring, leadership development and succession planning, yet most assessment tools still feel outdated, impersonal and disconnected from how people actually work today.

HI was founded by a team from Assessio, Alva Labs and AON, alongside Petri Kajonius, Associate Professor of Personality Psychology at Lund University and one of the leading voices in personality science and psychometrics in the Nordics, to fix that.

We combine validated psychometric science – Big Five personality and cognitive ability – with our own HI Assessment, designed to reveal future-relevant strengths and behavioural patterns including resilience, adaptability and how people respond under pressure.

What sets HI apart is not science alone. It's the combination of deep human insight, an engaging candidate experience and clear, practical reports that hiring managers can actually use – in one platform connecting recruitment with onboarding, individual development, teams and leadership.

Why Switzerland, why now

Switzerland is a sophisticated, innovation-driven HR tech market with strong potential for a science-backed, AI-native assessment platform backed by genuine Nordic credibility.

We're looking for someone who understands the Swiss market and can build trusted relationships with customers here. German/French language skills are highly valuable, but they are not an absolute requirement – we're equally interested in internationally experienced candidates with a strong network and commercial track record in Switzerland.

We're not looking to hire a team there yet. We're looking for the one entrepreneurial leader who will build it, backed by a founder team that will actively support you from day one.

● Launch and grow HI across Switzerland: sales, positioning and first customers.

● Build direct relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers

● Recruit and lead your own local team as the market grows

● Become the face and voice of HI Assessments in Switzerland

● Shape how the platform and go-to-market evolve for the DACH region
