Middle C# Unity Developer (remote)

Inventory Games is seeking a Strong Middle C# Unity Developer to work with us remotely, bringing technical expertise to our active lineup while helping us blend tactical strategy with adventure and RPG elements in our upcoming title. We are currently targeting a primary release on PC, alongside potential plans for a separate Android version featuring both shared core systems and platform-unique mechanics.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Building core gameplay features that integrate RPG progression, strategic depth, and adventure mechanics;

• Developing modular, cross-platform architecture to support shared core logic alongside platform-specific feature branches;

• Writing clean C# scripts, optimizing system resources, and setting up responsive UI across different inputs;

• Creating custom editor tools for quest, inventory, or ability pipelines and resolving performance bottlenecks.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of commercial game development experience with Unity3D and C#;

• Solid background in C# / .NET, with a strong command of OOP, SOLID principles, data structures, and fundamental algorithms;

• Proven ability to build flexible, scalable project architectures that can handle cross-platform codebases (shared logic with platform-specific mechanics);

• Practical experience implementing complex gameplay systems (e.g., inventory pipelines, RPG progression trees, turn-based/real-time strategy mechanics);

• Experience with multi-platform deployment and optimization for Desktop (PC) and Mobile (Android);

• Hands-on experience working with UI/UX systems, animations, and UI performance;

• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows;

• Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven mindset, and the ability to write efficient, well-documented code;
