Deine Aufgabe
- Betrieb, Wartung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer GitLab-Plattform (Self-Managed) als zentrale Entwicklungs- und CI/CD-Plattform.
- Aufbau, Optimierung und Standardisierung von CI/CD-Pipelines für verschiedene Entwicklungsteams.
- Automatisierung von Infrastruktur-, Deployment- und Betriebsprozessen mittels Infrastructure as Code.
- Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit der Plattform.
- Integration und Betreuung von Container-, Artifact- und Security-Scanning-Lösungen.
- Unterstützung von Entwicklungsteams bei der Optimierung ihrer DevOps- und CI/CD-Prozesse.
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-, Alerting-, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten.
- Mitarbeit in einem modernen Cloud- und Kubernetes-Umfeld nach DevOps-Prinzipien.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Cloud DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von GitLab (Self-Managed).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in GitLab CI/CD, Pipeline Design und Automatisierung.
- Gute Kenntnisse von Docker, Kubernetes und containerbasierten Plattformen.
- Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierungstools wie Terraform, Ansible oder Helm.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Linux-basierten Umgebungen.
- Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen von Vorteil.
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Wohnsitz in der Schweiz oder Bereitschaft, in der Schweiz zu arbeiten.
