Per conto di un nostro importante cliente, selezioniamo un/a Incoming Quality Control Inspector incaricato/a di garantire la conformità tecnica ed estetica dei materiali in ingresso, collaborando attivamente al miglioramento continuo dei processi di qualità aziendali.
Responsabilità Principali
- Controllo e Ispezione: Eseguire controlli dimensionali, tecnici ed estetici sui componenti in entrata, utilizzando strumenti di misura manuali e macchine automatiche.
- Gestione Materiali e Non Conformità: Definire lo status dei lotti (attesa, quarantena, controllato), redigere report di non conformità e interfacciarsi con i fornitori per richiedere opportune azioni correttive.
- Monitoraggio e Reporting: Tracciare i risultati, elaborare indicatori di performance (KPI) e comunicare tempestivamente trend e criticità ai reparti coinvolti (Qualità, Produzione).
- Problem Solving Interfunzionale: Partecipare all'analisi delle cause dei difetti collaborando con Ufficio Tecnico, Produzione e Supply Chain, supportando i fornitori in caso di rilavorazioni.
- Ottimizzazione: Mantenere in efficienza gli strumenti di misura, proporre miglioramenti ai processi e mostrare proattività nell'apprendere nuove metodologie trasversali al dipartimento Qualità.
Requisiti Richiesti
- Esperienza: 4-5 anni nel controllo qualità industriale. Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza pregressa nel controllo merci in ingresso e nella valutazione estetica di componenti di precisione ad alta finitura.
- Competenze Tecniche: Ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico (quote, tolleranze) e padronanza degli strumenti di misura (calibro, micrometro, comparatore e macchine automatiche).
- Strumenti Informatici: Ottima dimestichezza con l'uso del PC, pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel per grafici/estrazioni), SAP e 3DX.
- Attitudini Personali: Elevata attenzione al dettaglio per ispezioni visive prolungate, ottima manualità con minuteria, approccio metodico, autonomia operativa e stabilità emotiva nei picchi di lavoro.
- Lingue: Ottima padronanza dell'Italiano, buona conoscenza del Francese (livello B2) e preferibile conoscenza dell'Inglese.
- Formazione: Preferibile background scolastico in ambito tecnico o artistico.
