Description du poste DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE Vous intégrez le département Food & Beverage. En tant que Stagiaire Restauration, vous accompagnez les équipes dans les opérations quotidiennes et contribuez à offrir un service d'excellence à notre clientèle. Véritable soutien des équipes en salle, vous participez activement au bon déroulement du service. Vos missions quotidiennes seront notamment les suivantes :
- Assurer la liaison des commandes entre la salle et la cuisine
- Participer à la mise en place et de l'entretien des offices
- Assister le chef de rang durant le service
- En charge du dressage et du débarrassage des tables
- Participer à la réalisation et au suivi des facturations client
- Un cadre de travail luxueux au bord du lac Léman
- Une ambiance chaleureuse et dynamique
- Une équipe à taille humaine
- Des réductions dans nos points de vente The Woodward
- Uniforme fourni et entretenu
- Tarifs préférentiels sur les nuitées dans le groupe Auberge Collection
- Expérience : Vous suivez une formation en hôtellerie-restauration et souhaitez acquérir une expérience en Food & Beverage au sein d'un établissement de luxe.
- Personnalité : Dynamique, souriant(e) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens du service, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez le souci du détail.
- Langues : Doit parler, lire et écrire le français et l'anglais. Une troisième langue serait un plus.
- Disponibilité : Dès que possible pour une durée de 6 mois. Le logement n'est pas pris en charge.
