Gegründet im Jahr 1990, ist ACS seit über 35 Jahren erfolgreich tätig und verfügt nun über eine globale Präsenz mit mehr als 40 Büros und über 800 Mitarbeitern weltweit!
Wir suchen Kandidaten, die Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle mit Luxusprodukten und -dienstleistungen haben und mit ihrer Karriere reisen möchten, während sie einen Service bieten, der die Erwartungen aller ihrer Kunden übertrifft!
Stellenbeschreibung
Unsere Verkaufsberater, die aus vermögenden Privatpersonen und deren Vertretern bestehen, organisieren Privatjet-Charter für alles Mögliche, von geschäftlichen Meetings bis hin zu Freizeitreisen.
Als Trainee im Unternehmen erhalten Sie einen Mentor, der Sie in den ersten 6 Monaten eng begleitet, während Sie sich mit der Rolle und der Branche vertraut machen. In dieser Zeit erleben Sie aus erster Hand, was nötig ist, um einen Privatjet-Charter reibungslos durchzuführen. Sie lernen alles, von der Erstellung einer erfolgreichen Verkaufsliste, der Arbeit mit vermögenden Privatkunden bis hin zur Abwicklung eines Charterflugs – und das alles bei der Erbringung eines außergewöhnlichen Services für Ihre Kunden.
Qualifikationen
- Vorherige Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle mit Luxusprodukten und -dienstleistungen – unerlässlich
- Fließend in Deutsch – unerlässlich / Schweizerdeutsch ist von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kundenservicefähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen aufzubauen, außergewöhnliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ambitioniert, motiviert und bereit, neue Fähigkeiten und Branchenkenntnisse zu erlernen
- Fleißig und flexibel, diese Rolle ist nicht einfach von 9 bis 17 Uhr
- Organisiert mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
- Komfortabel im Arbeiten mit KPIs und Zielvorgaben
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck erfolgreich zu arbeiten
- MUSS häufig und oft kurzfristig reisen können

70'000 CHF Grundgehalt + 10% unbegrenzte Provision
- 22 Urlaubstage pro Jahr, die mit der Betriebszugehörigkeit steigen
- Ausgezeichnete professionelle Schulungen und individuelle Betreuung
- Internationale Schulung in unserem Londoner Hauptsitz für ca. 3 Wochen bis 1 Monat
- Schulungs- und Reisekosten werden vom Unternehmen übernommen
