Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche Koordination des gesamten Housekeeping Bereichs und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs als Schichtleitung im Früh- und Spätdienst
- Umsetzung der Gästeanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hotels
- Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung der Service und Qualitätsstandards
- Coaching und Schulung im Bereich Housekeeping
- Verantwortung für das Bestellwesen, Durchführen von Inventuren und die aktive Kostenkontrolle
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Executive Housekeepers
- Kaufmännische, hauswirtschaftliche oder gastgewerbliche Grundausbildung
- Hotelfachschule oder ähnliche fachliche Weiterbildung
- Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position in der Luxushotellerie
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit, Arbeitsorganisation und Qualitätsmanagement
- Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Palette
