Your PurposeWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Intern to join our Compensation & Benefits team for a 6-month on-site internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation within a global organization.

Your ImpactCompensation Review Support

Assist the Compensation team during compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and off-cycle salary adjustments.; Support the preparation and validation of compensation review files and manager recommendations.; Review compensation data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.; Help monitor and track compensation-related approvals and process milestones.;

 

Data Collection and Analysis

Gather, consolidate, and validate employee compensation data from multiple sources.; Prepare and maintain compensation databases and reporting files.; Analyze compensation trends and support the development of recommendations.; Conduct data quality checks and identify discrepancies for review.;

 

Market Benchmarking

Support salary benchmarking activities using external market survey data.; Compile market data and assist in preparing competitive pay analyses.; Assist with job matching and survey submissions where required.;

 

Reporting and Analytics

Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data summaries.; Develop pivot tables, lookups, and other analytical tools to support compensation decision-making.; Support ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting requests from HR and business stakeholders.;

 

Project and Administrative Support

Assist with compensation and total rewards projects.; Support maintenance of compensation guidelines and governance documentation.; Help prepare presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.;

Your Journey so farEducation

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Human Resources

- Business Administration

- Finance

- Economics

- Statistics or Related field;

 

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards.; Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors etc.) is an advantage.; Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.;

Your EssentialsStrong analytical and quantitative skills.; Advanced Excel skills are required, including Pivot Tables, Vlookup/Xlookup, Data Validation, Basic formulas and reporting, as well as Large data set management.; High attention to detail and accuracy.; Strong organizational and time management skills.; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.; Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.;
