I’m currently supporting my client, a leading international organisation in the transportation and logistics sector, in the search for an experienced revenue management analyst to join their team in Geneva.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial and analytical skills who enjoys turning complex data into clear insights that support senior-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analysing sea and land trade revenues, trends and performance
• Benchmarking commercial performance against the wider market
• Preparing KPI reporting and strategic insights for senior management
• Reviewing customer conditions and local charges
• Delivering ad-hoc commercial and revenue analysis
• Working closely with stakeholders across commercial and operational teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in a similar analytical or commercial role
• Shipping industry experience is essential
• Degree in finance, business management or a relevant maritime background

Required Skills

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
