Senior CRM Data Analyst - Luxury / Retail

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst CRM to leverage customer, marketing and sales data and turn it into meaningful, actionable business insights.

The role requires strong analytical autonomy , from data extraction and transformation through to dashboard development and executive-level presentation of findings.

The successful candidate will combine strong SQL and Power BI expertise with solid business understanding , ideally gained within the luxury, watchmaking, retail, CRM, marketing or sales analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyse CRM, marketing and sales data to identify trends, performance drivers, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex and raw data into clear, reliable and actionable insights .
• Support CRM strategy and commercial performance through data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse key business KPIs.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Design, develop and maintain relevant Power BI dashboards and reports .
• Build effective performance monitoring tools for business teams and senior management.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and reliability of reported KPIs.

Data Extraction & Transformation

• Retrieve, manipulate and structure data using SQL .
• Perform data preparation, transformation and ad-hoc analyses.
• Use Python for scripting and analytical purposes when required.
• Ideally work with Databricks or a similar modern data platform.

CRM Analytics

• Leverage Salesforce data to analyse customer, sales and marketing performance.
• Identify relevant customer behaviours, trends and business opportunities.
• Apply CRM analytics to improve customer understanding and support commercial decision-making.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Sales and Business Analysis teams .
• Understand business priorities and translate them into relevant analytical requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Executive Presentations

• Prepare concise, structured and impactful presentations for senior management and top-level stakeholders .
• Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented manner.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

End-to-End Ownership

• Independently manage analytical assignments from data extraction and analysis through to dashboard delivery and presentation of findings .
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality outputs without requiring extensive supervision.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in Data Analysis / Business Analytics , ideally within CRM, marketing or sales analytics.

• Experience within luxury, watchmaking or retail , ideally combined with strong exposure to CRM, marketing or sales analytics .

• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL .
• Strong proficiency in Power BI , including the ability to independently develop dashboards and analytical solutions end-to-end.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful business insights .
• High level of autonomy and ownership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior and top management stakeholders .
• Fluent English , including the ability to deliver presentations in an international environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce / CRM data .
• Python for data analysis or scripting.
• Experience with Databricks .
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Previous experience within luxury, watchmaking or retail .
• Knowledge of customer analytics, marketing performance and sales performance .
