Wir bieten zwei 6-monatige Rechtsreferendariatsstellen im Bereich Recht für Unternehmensfunktionen an, eine beginnt am 1. Januar 2027 und eine am 1. Juni 2027. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
Sie sind das Rückgrat unseres Rechtsteams und bieten wesentliche Beratung im Arbeitsrecht (einschließlich Fragen zu Diversität, Gleichberechtigung & Inklusion) sowie in Rechtsstreitigkeiten und Untersuchungen. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, komplexe globale und lokale Themen anzugehen und Herausforderungen in Lösungen zu verwandeln.
Sie übernehmen praktische Aufgaben, verwalten einzelne Rechtsfälle, aber auch große Projekte (z. B. Im Zusammenhang mit Reorganisationen, Veräußerungen, Implementierung neuer Richtlinien und Prozesse, künstlicher Intelligenz usw.), entwerfen und prüfen Verträge, interne Vorschriften und Vorlagen. Dies ist Ihre Chance, von der Theorie zur praktischen Anwendung zu wechseln und sofort Wirkung zu erzielen.
Ihre Rolle umfasst tiefgehende Rechtsrecherchen und die Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten, die uns helfen, komplexe Ideen in verständliche Erkenntnisse zu zerlegen. Hier wird Ihr Wissen unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg antreiben. Was Sie in die Rolle einbringen:
Schweizer Bachelor of Law (BLaw) und Master of Law (MLaw); der Masterabschluss muss vor Beginn abgeschlossen sein
Hervorragende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Motivation und Fähigkeit, selbstständig an herausfordernden Aufgaben und Projekten zu arbeiten
Vorheriges juristisches Praktikum und Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sind von Vorteil
