Aufgaben
- Unterrichten von Englisch, Geschichte und Geografie für 12-15-Jährige.
- Gestalten von inklusiven Lernumgebungen nach Montessori-Prinzipien.
- Regelmäßige Bewertung des Schülerfortschritts und Anpassung des Unterrichts.
Fähigkeiten
- C1 Englischkenntnisse und ein Universitätsabschluss sind erforderlich.
- Zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Sekundarbereich sind notwendig.
- Ein Montessori-Diplom ist von Vorteil.

Unsere Montessori Seeds of Knowledge Schule sucht die nächste Kollegin oder den nächsten Kollegen für den Unterricht in Englisch, Geschichte und Geographie für die Altersgruppe 12-15 im Schuljahr 2024-2025!
Stellenbeschreibung: Wir suchen eine leidenschaftliche und qualifizierte Montessori-Lehrkraft zur Verstärkung unseres pädagogischen Teams. Diese Position umfasst den Unterricht in Englisch, Geschichte und Geographie für Schülerinnen und Schüler im Alter von 12 bis 15 Jahren unter Einhaltung der Montessori-Pädagogik. Ein Englisch-Niveau von C1 und ein Hochschulabschluss sind erforderlich.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Schaffung einer anregenden und inklusiven Lernumgebung basierend auf Montessori-Prinzipien. Gestaltung von Unterrichtsplänen, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Schülerinnen und Schüler zugeschnitten sind.
Unterricht in Englisch, Geschichte und Geographie auf ansprechende und interaktive Weise. Förderung von Unabhängigkeit, Verantwortung und Autonomie bei den Schülerinnen und Schülern.
Regelmässige Beurteilung des Lernfortschritts der Schülerinnen und Schüler und entsprechende Anpassung des Unterrichts.
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mitarbeitenden zur Gewährleistung einer konsistenten Bildungserfahrung.
Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung:
Englisch als Muttersprache oder mindestens C1-Niveau. Hochschulabschluss erforderlich.
Ein Montessori-Diplom ist von Vorteil.
2 Jahre Unterrichtserfahrung in der Sekundarstufe. Erfahrung in der Sonderpädagogik ist ein Plus.
