Solutions Director Global Key Accounts

As Director, Global Key Account Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Sonova partners with some of its most important global customers. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Commercial, Product Management, and Innovation, you will translate portfolio strategy and customer insights into scalable, customer-centric solutions that create value for key accounts around the world. More About The Role Define and develop integrated solution concepts and value propositions that support Sonova’s global key account strategy. Translate portfolio and product strategies into scalable customer solutions, roadmaps, and go-to-market approaches. Lead the commercialization and rollout of key account solutions, ensuring successful execution across regions and markets. Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and continuously enhance solution offerings. Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, RD, Digital, Audiology, and Commercial teams to align strategy and execution. Support Global and Regional Key Account teams with solution frameworks that address customer needs and drive business growth. Establish performance measures and governance processes to monitor adoption, effectiveness, and business impact. More About You University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous. 7+ years of experience in solution management, solution marketing, business development, or related leadership roles within MedTech or the medical device industry. Demonstrated success in developing customer-centric value propositions, solution frameworks, and go-to-market strategies. Experience working with complex customer organizations and global key account environments. Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures within a matrix organization. Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
