SAP Process & Solution Architect Manufacturing & Logistics (f/m)

Your challenge
- Design and own end-to-end process architecture for manufacturing and logistics with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA (PP, MM, WM/EWM)/nLead the design and optimization of core processes such as production planning, warehouse management, inventory management and material flow/nEnsure seamless integration across manufacturing, logistics and quality processes, including interfaces to MES and surrounding systems/nDrive process standardization and harmonization across global sites while respecting local regulatory and operational requirements/nOptimize and continuously improve processes such as batch management, serialization, production execution and quality control/nApply Clean Core principles while ensuring scalable, maintainable and compliant solutions/nTranslate business requirements into robust process designs and solution architectures/nFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders and drive alignment across functions (production, supply chain, quality)/nSupport governance, documentation and audit readiness for regulated environments (e.g. life sciences)/nContribute to architectural decisions where relevant (integration patterns, system boundaries, extensibility)
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA with strong focus on PP, MM and WM/EWM
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes
- Strong understanding of production, warehouse and supply chain operations in a regulated environment
- Solid architectural mindset with the ability to translate processes into scalable system solutions
- Experience with integration to MES and other shopfloor systems
- Familiarity with Clean Core principles and SAP standard best practices
- Experience with SAP BTP or modern SAP technologies is a plus (not the main focus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English
