On Senior Specialist - Supply Planner, Footwear (FTC - Maternity Cover until mid November 2027)

As a Senior Specialist - Supply Planner, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide.

Your Mission

• Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements.

Your Story

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Anaplan is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including supply planning, demand planning, production planning, logistics, etc.
• Business proficiency in English is required. Other languages are a plus.

Within this organization, the Supply Planning sub-team converts demand signals into optimized production plans to achieve high on-time delivery (OTIF) and balanced inventory levels at optimal cost. By acting as a collaborative bridge across diverse stakeholders, the team aligns critical planning paths to ensure accuracy, accountability, and seamless execution across all product categories.
