This strategic role will be responsible for translating global brand ambitions into impactful regional marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business performance. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefined and implemented the EMEA marketing strategy in alignment with global brand objectives and regional commercial priorities. /liliDeveloped and managed the annual marketing plan and associated budget across the EMEA region. /liliDesigned and executed product launch campaigns and marketing activations tailored to local market needs and opportunities. /liliCollaborated closely with regional sales teams and retail partners to drive store traffic, client engagement, and sales performance. /liliDeveloped retail activation strategies, exclusive events, premium client experiences, and strategic partnerships. /liliLeveraged CRM data and customer insights to support acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention initiatives. /liliCoordinated with global Marketing, Communications, PR, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all regional activities. /liliAnalyzed market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. /liliDefined and monitored marketing KPIs, evaluated ROI on marketing investments, and continuously optimized regional initiatives and performance. /li /ulh3Profile : /h3ulli8-12+ years of experience in marketing within luxury, premium, or highly selective consumer environments. /liliStrong experience managing regional marketing activities across EMEA markets, with a solid understanding of retail and wholesale environments, partner marketing, and retail activation strategies. /liliStrong analytical mindset /liliFluency in English is required, French is a strong asset. /liliAvailability for regular travel across the EMEA region. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
