Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in Switzerland. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in accelerating digital acquisition and generating high-quality pipeline across global markets. You’ll own key parts of the paid acquisition engine, developing and scaling campaigns across major digital channels while continuously improving performance. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, you’ll translate business priorities into measurable growth initiatives and revenue outcomes. You’ll manage significant advertising budgets, optimize campaign economics, and use performance data to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline efficiency. The role also includes ownership of Account-Based Marketing programs and close collaboration with agencies, freelancers, cloud partners, and internal teams. Accountabilities - Own and scale the paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels, with a focus on generating qualified leads and sales pipeline. - Develop, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and other relevant channels. - Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, creative performance, conversion paths, and overall campaign efficiency. - Own the Account-Based Marketing strategy and coordinate programs designed to engage high-value target accounts.

- Manage paid media budgets in collaboration with global and regional marketing teams and external cloud partners, optimizing the use of available Marketing Development Funds. - Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and overall acquisition efficiency. - Own relationships with paid media agencies, freelancers, and other external specialists, ensuring performance against agreed objectives and continuously improving partner effectiveness. - Work closely with agencies and external partners to achieve lead-generation targets and identify opportunities for campaign optimization. - Partner with internal marketing teams, sales, product stakeholders, vendors, and other business functions to develop and launch effective campaign assets. - Track and report on paid advertising and ABM performance on a regular basis, translating campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. - Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, increase conversion into sales opportunities, and maximize the revenue impact of marketing investment. - Align growth programs with broader revenue objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing activity supports business priorities. - Continuously test new channels, audiences, messaging, and campaign approaches to improve acquisition performance and scale successful initiatives. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing within high-growth, fast-paced technology companies. - Strong background in B2B digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing, particularly across paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google. - Demonstrated experience launching and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns that convert into qualified sales opportunities and measurable revenue. - Deep understanding of digital advertising economics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline efficiency, and other performance marketing metrics.
