Operator Reagents Operations (m/w/d)
Stellenbeschreibung
- Assemblierung und Vorbereitung von Fluid Packs gemäß Arbeitsanweisung
- Bedienung und Überwachung halbautomatischer Anlagen zur Befüllung und Versiegelung
- Durchführung von Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen (z. B. Sichtkontrolle, Dichtheits- und Fülltests)
- Dokumentation der Produktionsschritte gemäß Qualitätsrichtlinien (z. B. GMP, ISO 13485)
- Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Rüstprozessen an den Anlagen
- Meldung und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorschriften
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Laborant, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie, Pharmatechniker) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld (Medizintechnik, Pharma, Diagnostik)
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen
- Gewissenhafte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur 2-Schichtarbeit
- Grundkenntnisse in Dokumentation und EDV-Systemen
