Partnerships Manager Gaming/ Business Development Outsourcing (remote)

Ukrainian game art outsourcing studio , specializing in the creation of high-quality 3D content for games, primarily  AA and AAA projects for PC and consoles, is looking for a  Business Development Manager (full-time or part-time).

We act as an  External Development Partner for international clients, providing a full-cycle game art production service—from concept development to final integration into the production pipeline.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Identify and acquire new clients in international markets.

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with game developers and publishers.

• Conduct negotiations and present the studio's services to prospective clients.

• Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding opportunities through the sales pipeline to contract signing.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in  game development outsourcing or 3D game art outsourcing is required.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring clients among  AA/AAA PC and console game developers and publishers .

• Strong understanding of the  game art outsourcing market and its business specifics.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
