StellenbeschreibungIHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO
Als Executive Assistant des Vorstandes (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die Unternehmensführung im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft . Sie koordinieren Geschäftstermine, leiten eigenständige Projekte und verantworten einen reibungslosen Arbeitsalltag.
Im globalen Umfeld von DO & CO überzeugen Sie durch analytisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und Ihre Leidenschaft für Hospitality .
Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:
Erstellung von inhaltlich und visuell spannenden Präsentationen auf C-Level-Niveau
Konzeption und Ausarbeitung von Business Cases, Executive Briefings und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten mit der Fähigkeit Case Studies durchzudenken und umzusetzen
Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses
Pflege und Analyse von KPI-, Performance- und Reporting-Strukturen
WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET
5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung , idealerweise in einer internationalen Beratung und mit der Hospitality Branche vertraut
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbares
Ausgeprägte Diskretion, Loyalität und Professionalität
Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Verständnis für strategische Zusammenhänge
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Leistungsorientiertes Denken
Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
