Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about services
- Maintain and update customer records
Requirements:
- Fluent in German or French (English is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience is a plus but not required
