Zürich aufgepasst – Wir suchen dich! Als Praktikant (m/w/x) im Bereich Projektmanagement unterstützt du, gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team, sowohl bei der Planung wie auch der operativen Umsetzung für unsere Kunden.
Wir suchen eine kommunikative umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer großen Portion Drive sowie lösungs- und kundenorientiertem Denken.
- Du unterstützt gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Team verschiedene Kommunikationsprojekte und bist bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Events vor Ort dabei
- Du begleitest unsere Projektmanager (m/w/x) bei einzelnen Projektanforderungen und der Erreichung der Meilensteine und Ziele
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Angeboten und Kostenkalkulationen der laufenden Projekte
- Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung und Koordination von Events und bereitest relevante Unterlagen vor
Dein Profil
- Du befindest Dich in einem Studium im Bereich Marketing, Eventmanagement Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä.
- Du kommst aus Zürich oder der näheren Umgebung
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst den Blick über das große Ganze
- Du hast eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zeitmanagement
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Kommunikationsstärke, hast eine Hands-On Mentalität sowie eine Freude an Kundenorientierung
- Idealerweise bringst Du bereits erste Berufserfahrung mit, gerne durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Du besitzt fließende Deutsch-, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse (nicht zwingend, aber von Vorteil) und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office
