Personal Assistant to the CEO (M/F)

Our client is a fast-growing international organization headquartered in Geneva, operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. To support its continued growth, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team on an initial temporary contract with a strong possibility of permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex and constantly evolving calendar.
- Coordinate international travel, accommodation, visas and relocation logistics.
- Provide comprehensive support for the CEO's personal and family life.
- Organize appointments, private events and day-to-day lifestyle management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers and household staff.
- Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively and ensure seamless execution of all requests.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or within a Family Office supporting a C-Level Executive or UHNW individual.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong service mindset.
- Absolute discretion, flexibility and commitment.
- Willingness to provide a high level of availability, including outside standard business hours when required.
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
