Persohotel International representantes exclusivos de Viking Cruises en México y CentroAmérica está en busca de un UTILITY GALLEY excepcional para unirse a nuestra flota de cruceros de lujo. Responsabilidades

Como UTILITY CLEANER- GALLEY en nuestra flota de cruceros, serás responsable de:

Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos, garantizando que las operaciones en cocina se realicen de manera eficiente y fluida.
Mantener altos estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, de acuerdo con las normativas y procedimientos establecidos.
Operación de equipo Lavaloza.

Requisitos

Los candidatos deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 1 año como COCINERO O AYUDANTE
Dominio de inglés intermedio , para facilitar la comunicación con el equipo internacional.
Experiencia previa en hoteles, resorts o cruceros , restaurantes fine dining o servicios de alimentos.
Capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión.

Requisitos:

Experiencia laboral en Cocina como COCINERO o AYUDANTE DE COCINA de al menos 1 año en Hoteles, Resorts, Restaurantes, Cruceros.
Inglés intermedio indispensable.
Disponibilidad para laborar contratos de 8 meses abordo.
